General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of GATE99 GmbH for the “Pfalzwiesen” event
§ 1 Scope and Organizer
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of admission tickets and visits to the “Pfalzwiesen” event, carried out by GATE99 GmbH, Mahlastrasse 96, 67227 Frankenthal (hereinafter “Organizer”).
(2) By purchasing a ticket, the visitor accepts these terms and conditions as binding.
§ 2 Ticket sales and conclusion of contract
(1) Tickets are sold exclusively via the online shop at www.pfalzwiesen.de and at the box office on site on the respective day of the event.
(2) A binding event contract is concluded upon completion of the purchase process in the online shop or upon purchase of a ticket at the box office.
(3) The admission tickets are personal and non-transferable. Resale for commercial purposes is prohibited.
§ 3 Admission and age restrictions
(1) Admission is via a central entrance. Proof of age must be carried and presented upon request.
(2) Access is permitted to people aged 16 and over. According to legal regulations, alcoholic drinks may only be served to people aged 18 and over (exception: beer and wine according to legal regulations).
§ 4 Bag checks and security regulations
(1) Bag checks take place upon entry. Only handbags up to size DIN A4 are permitted.
(2) Bringing food and drinks is prohibited. Weapons, pyrotechnics and other dangerous items are also prohibited.
(3) Glasses are not allowed to leave the marquee.
§ 5 Event implementation and exclusion of visitors
(1) The organizer reserves the right to make program changes and exchange artists or acts.
(2) In the event of gross violations of the house rules or legal regulations, the organizer can expel visitors from the event site. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
(3) The organizer reserves the right to refuse access to the event or to expel anyone from the event if they consume excessive alcohol or otherwise behave improperly. In these cases too, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
§ 6 Gastronomy and consumption
(1) The gastronomic offerings on the event site are operated exclusively by the organizer or its contractual partners.
(2) It is not permitted to bring or consume your own food or drinks.
§ 7 Cloakroom
(1) A cloakroom is available for a fee. Use is voluntary.
(2) The organizer assumes no liability for lost or stolen items, even when using the cloakroom.
§ 8 Photo, film and sound recordings
(1) By entering the site, the visitor agrees that images, films and sound recordings may be made and used as part of event reporting or for advertising purposes.
(2) The commercial production of photos, films or sound recordings without the express permission of the organizer is prohibited.
§ 9 Liability
(1) The organizer is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded unless it involves injuries to life, body or health.
(2) The organizer assumes no liability for lost or stolen items.
§ 10 Withdrawal/Cancellation
(1) A return or refund of tickets is excluded. This also applies if you do not use the service due to your own fault.
(2) If the event is canceled or broken off due to force majeure or official orders, there is no entitlement to a refund.
(3) Cancellation of the order by the customer is possible until confirmation of receipt of payment by the organizer. In the event of a cancellation after payment has already been made, a processing fee of €5 per order will be retained to cover the administrative costs of the return transfer.
§ 11 House rules
(1) Domestic rights over the entire event site are exercised by the organizer and his representatives.
(2) The instructions of the security personnel must be followed.
§ 12 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) Place of jurisdiction is Frankenthal/Palatinate.
